Shipping & Returns
You can return your items for a full refund (minus shipping charges) if you return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The shipping date must be within the 14 days also — any returns shipped after this date will be refunded with credit.
Items must be returned unworn within 14 days and will be inspected upon arrival. They must be in the same condition they were received in, with the hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached. Unworn items must be returned in the original SINISWIM bag. Your refund will take up to 7 days.
You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions, email info@siniswim.co.uk and we will be there to help.
Swim Care
To extend the life of your swimwear, rinse in cold water after each wear, especially after swimming in saltwater or chlorine. Hand wash gently with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing, tumble drying, and do not iron.
Our swimwear is crafted from high-quality, durable fabrics like nylon, spandex, and recycled blends, depending on the style. You will find exact fabric details on each product page.
